Ward talent show

Primary had the ward activity for June so I picked a ward talent show. I liked that it would involve the primary kids. Katelynn sang (ill bring the works his truth) with Jim playing the guitar for her. Trevor & Zachary sang (I hope they call me on a mission) with Jim playing the guitar. Jim with Terri & Jacob Atkinson play (I'm a child if god) Terri played her violin, Jacob played his stand up base, Jim on the guitar. Katelynn & Emma Lynn Romans sang (When I'm baptized). Emma playing the piano. What an awesome night!!! Everyone did amazing!!! We have a very talented ward. I have videos of each performance but not pictures. Not sure how to get videos on. 

Roaring springs 2013

We did our annual trip to roaring springs with the kids reading passes. Nana came alone to help & have fun. We ran into lots if people from vale that day cause it was the first day if really hot weather after being in the 70s. I think it was 97 the day we went. Alex did great & no one got a sunburn!!! 

Tball & coach pitch

Zachary was in tball & Trevor was in coach pitch. We had games every Monday & Wednesday nights fir the month of june. I loved it & so did the boys. Each one got better by the end & enjoys it a lot. 

Brandon turns 3

So I'm a little late getting to Brandon's birthday. Better late than never. I took Brandon to kiwi local for a birthday treat after we did a few errands. We also had cake & ice cream that night with g & g Stewart. Brandon likes;

Brandon potty train himself a few weeks after he turned 2. So this year has been so wonderful in that way. Brandon Scott is FUL of energy & attitude. He can be so sweet one min & notty the next! We love having him around & in our family. We would be 1 boring family without him. He still loves his blanket & bink. Not sure when he will out grow that. He sleeps in his blue car bed but some how finds his way to mom & dads bed almost every night. Happy birthday Brandon Scott we love you!!!

Soccer boy

Zachary loves soccer and did so good. We had a few cold Saturday mornings and a few warm ones. I really enjoyed watching him play soccer. He had soccer from 10:30-11:15. They would practice the first part and play a game with another team for the last 15 minutes.

 

 

Zachary turns 5

I cant believe Zachary is 5. He had a super great day. We had his birthday a few days early because Jim had to go to china on his birthday. We had a family party and on his real day we had a little friend party a dairy queen. He wanted a cake that looked like mud so lightening could drive in it.

Ready for kindergarten

Zachary had his last little steps. Where they got to take a tour of the school and ride on a bus. He was so excited and baby Alex got to ride on the bus also. Zachary had to have 3 shot the day before. He was such a BIG boy. He was very scared but only cried just a little. We went to walmart so he could pick out a toy for being so brave. I love this boy and Im sad and excited for him to attend kindergarten.

Spring break

We started out our spring break with parent teacher conference. The kids did amazing!!! Trevor received 18 out standings out of 21. He is in the top reading group in his class & is a great student. Katelynn revived 2 bs & the rest A's. she is almost all the way through her her multiplication. Her teacher says she is a pleasure to have in class.

Friday we went to the movies with holly & her 4 kids. That's a total of 9 kids all under 8. Yay were crazy but we love it.

Sunday after church he headed to cottenwood to visit grandpa Rowland & Helen. Kids did great in the car. Jim took spring break off from work. So nice to have daddy around. We had amazing meals, got to see Brent, Tara & clohe & jake. Ride horses, ride the ranger, tracker, watch movie & visit. It was great. I loved every minute of it!!! We came home Tuesday.

Wednesday we went fishing. Not sure where but we only caught 1 fish but had lots of fun together. Alex didn't like the wind. So he spent his fishing trip in the suburban.

Thursday we went squirrel shooting. Not very many squirrels but we had a target @ lots of shells. My boys love shooting. Katelynn not do much.

Friday we played at home & went to Ontario.

Saturday died Easter eggs & went to Easter egg hunt. Also Jim received a new called 2 nd counselor in elders corm.

Sunday was a perfect Easter Sunday. Church, Easter baskets, Easter egg hunt, dinner with g & g Stewart, Easter program in nyssa.

Can't believe sprung break is over. Sad to see it go. I love spending time with my family.

Birds of pray with two 3rd grade classes

Katelynn had a field trip to birds of pray and her sweet teacher invited us to come along. So of corse we went. The weather was amazing!!! Zachary & Brandon had a blast!!! All the cool birds and attention from the school kids. I love being able to attend my kids field trips. Thank you mrs Sigrah.
